Cancellations made after the final payment has been made and before the scheduled class commences will be subject to a charge of 75% of the service rate.

If Birth, Baby and Beyond Co cancels a scheduled class with less than 14 days, a new date will be scheduled without penalty to the client, subject to availability. If availability is an issue, a full refund will be provided.

No refunds will be provided if the class has already commenced.

Any classes affected by the COVID-19 pandemic will be converted to online. There will be no change in cost to the client for this option.
